This project spans 2 adjacent lakefront lots: a newly constructed home on one and an original guest cabin on the other. Our design goal was to connect the 2 lots into one beautiful piece of property.
In addition to seemingly endless boulder walls, we also put in shore line rock and a beach area

Sawn boulder steps create a meandering staircase down to the lake

Poured concrete curbing and river rock were used throughout

Another set of sawn boulder steps leads to the guest cabin

We were challenged with working around existing trees as well as a telephone pole and propane tank.
A semi load of sod finished everything off

A mix of stone and steel create breathtaking curb appeal for this south Minneapolis home. Click here to learn more about this project

Over 100 tons of fieldstone make this a standout lake home just north of the metro. Click here to learn more about this project.
